We collaborated with the design team to develop commissioning and training specifications for the project to ensure the Owner’s team was prepared to operate the complex. We participated in the design review process to evaluate system performance in accordance with the Owner’s Project Requirements and to improve system operability and accessibility for maintenance. The Colliers Project Leaders commissioning team also provided commissioning services to the ancillary spaces supporting the complex including the 8-story garage, a day care center (LEED Platinum), and office space in adjacent historic buildings.
