The main course features pan-seared Chilean sea bass with sautéed leeks, roasted red bell pepper, and tomato puree or a braised beef cheek with carrot, celery and potato puree. For starters, the special includes the choice of heirloom tomato salad with burrata cheese, prosciutto de parma, fresh basil with a balsamic vinegar glaze or potato gnocchi soup with caramelized carrots.
